UNLOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT
Upon entering the incorrect username and/or password three times, your account will be locked and you will receive the following error message. You will then need to refer to the “Trouble logging in?” link located below the “Sign in” button.
Once you’ve clicked on the link, there will be a drop-down of options.
Select “Unlock Account”.
You will see the following pop-up:
You will then receive an email from email@example.com with a link to reset your password.
Note: If you do not receive this email almost instantly, please be sure to check the spam folder of your inbox.
Once you click the link in the email, you will be directed to a screen that looks similar to the login screen. You will be required to enter your username and the captcha that is given. Click “Sign in”.
The process of unlocking your account will then be complete and you will be directed to your Portfolio Home View.
